It was time to head back to Croatia, but we had one more surprise. Cole’s birthday was only a few days away, so as part of his present, we decided to wake up early and spend the day at Gardaland. This is an Italian Disney World of sorts located between Milan and Verona. The kids loved it! Plus we went on an off-season weekday which made walking straight on to any ride possible. At one point I think Cole and Mia did about 10 straight roller coaster rides without stopping to catch their breath. Ella was getting mad that she was too short to ride, because her roller coaster "went too slow"! Here's a few shots from all the action.

Believe it or not, Cole and Mia are in the front seat of this coaster. It was their favorite ride in the park.
Ella was all excited for the 3D adventure, but it got a little too scary!
