City of Music?

They call Florence a city of art.  While that’s certainly appropriate, it’s easy to find music everywhere as well.  Anytime you go out for a stroll you’re bound to come across some live music.  It might be someone playing violin or accordion on a street corner, a singer on the Ponte Vecchio, a little band playing in the piazza, or an orchestra echoing out of an open church.  It sure is a nice compliment to those long walks through the city of art.
